Employment Law

Labor and employment law encompasses laws, rulings, and precedents which deal specifically with working people and their organizations.  This includes unions, employers, and employees and can refer to either collective labor law or individual labor law.  Some of our areas of knowledge include contract of employment, minimum wage, health and safety, anti-discrimination, and unfair dismissal.  We are also very familiar with trade unions and all of the separate set of laws dealing with these.
